NAGPAGAWAS ang Department of Labor and Employment kon DOLE og advisory nga nagmando sa mga bata 15 anyos paubos sa pagkuha og work permit una mo-partisipar sa public entertainment o information projects!
Lakip ang content sa social media platforms.
Ubos sa Labor Advisory number 12 series of 2026, gipahinumdoman sa DOLE ang publiko nga ang mga bata 15 anyos paubos gidili sa pagpanarbaho ubos sa Republic Act number 9231 o Special Protection of Children Against Child Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act.
Exempted ang mga bata nga nagtrabaho direkta ubos sa sole responsibility sa ginikanan o legal guardian ug mga miyembro sa pamilya lamang ang nagtrabaho.
Kinahanglan usab nga importante ang partisipasyon sa bata sa public entertainment.
