Matud ni Philippine Statistic Authority-Misamis Oriental Chief Statistical Specialist Maria Liza Bigornia nga ang top three commodity groups nga naka-contribute sa inflation sa ciudad ang housing, water, electricity, gas and other fuels nga anaa sa 1.0 percent, restaurants and accommodation services 0.24 percent ug health 0.21 percent.

“..Cagayan de oro City’s overall inflation recorded at in December 2025 to January 2026. This shows our recent trend of the city’s inflation rates of city movements within the community groups, while each other out during the month. So in terms of contribution, the top three community groups that contributed to the city’s overall inflation during the month were the following.

Housing, water, electricity, gas, and other fuels with 1.6%. Restaurants and accommodation services with 0.24% and health with 0.21%. The rest of the community groups accounted for negative 0.66% exploit..”
