GIINSISTER sa Armed Forces of the Philippines kon AFP ang kamatinud-anon niini sa constitution ug pagtuman sa responsibilidad ilawom sa civilian authority!
Human sa pag-aghat ni former governor Chavit Singson kang AFP Chief General Romeo Brawner Jr., nga mobarog batok sa giingong korupsyon sa militar.
Matud ni AFP Spokesperson Col. Francel Margareth Padilla nga taliwala nga gisuportaran sa buhatan ang panawagan alang sa good governance ug anti-corruption.
Apan ang bisan unsang alegasyon kinahanglang i-agi sa legal nga proseso sa civilian courts ug oversight bodies ug dili sa militar.

The Armed Forces of Philippines maintains its unwavering adherence to the 1987 constitution specifically Article 2 section 3 which explicitly declares civilian authority is at all times supreme over the military. The armed forces of the Philippines operates strictly within the chain of command that is anchored on this supremacy. We perform our duties under this civilian authority which directs the military establishment in the execution of our mandate.
