GISUGYOT ni Senate President Pro Tempore Panfilo “Ping” Lacson ang “retribution plus, restitution” formula o pagtanyag sa mga individual nga nalambigit sa flood control scandal og mubo nga panahon nga pagkapriso!
Bugti sa pagbalik sa 80 porsyento sa gikawat nga salapi gikan sa gobyerno.
Matud ni Lacson nga posibleng mabakwi sa gobyerno ug tax payers ang initial nga 26 billion pesos gikan sa contracted flood control “ghost” o non-existent projects tali 2023 ug 2025 nga balor 629 billion pesos.
Apan giklaro sa senador nga makadepende ang proposal sa “political will” sa mga nagpahigayon og imbestigasyon, sama sa Independent Commission for Infrastructure kon ICI, Office of the Ombudsman, Department of Justice kon DOJ ug judiciary.
