VP Sara mitambong sa OVP 2026 budget deliberation sa House Committee on Appropriations, pagdungog gitapus wala ra mag usa ka oras!

MITAMBONG si Vice President Sara Duterte sa deliberasyon sa 2026 budget sa Office of the Vice President kon OVP sa House Committee on Appropriations!
Nangayo ang OVP og 902.8 million pesos budget alang sa 2026.
Mas taas gikan sa 744 million nga alokasyon sa kasamtangang fiscal year.
Sa gisugyot nga pondo, 673.7 million pesos o 74.62 percent ang mapadulong sa maintenance and other operating expenses kon MOOE.
Sa pagdungog, gibutyag ni Duterte nga wala pampublikong pondo ang gigamit sa tanan niining travels.

Gipasabot usab niini ang rason sa dugay nga proseso sa procurement.
Alang sa pipila ka proyekto nga nag-resulta sa ubos nga obligation rate sa opisina alang sa pondo sa kasamtangang tuig.

“Duterte:..yes marami kaming procurement na na tumagal hindi siya nasimulan by January.
Tinio:..unang tanong po ay kaugnay sa presentation na binigay ng vice president at napansin ko po na sa budyet na 903.4 million for 2025 bagaman hindi pa po tapos ang taon, ang obligation rate po ay 34.3 percent lamang at ang disbursement rate 66.8 percent, so nasa kalagitnaan po tayo ng taon, pero mukhang mababa po yung obligation rate, ano po ang paliwanag dito,
Duterte:..yes marami kaming procurement na na tumagal hindi siya nasimulan by January. so maraming mga procurement na June, July, August na nasimulan
Tinio:..may dahilan po ba kung bakit June, July, August na nasimulan ng mga proyekto
Duterte:..madam chair dahil kailangan marami pong mga attachments na ni require para sa procurement at lahat po ng mga documents na yun ay hindi po siya nakukuha ng isa, dalawang araw lamang
Tinio:..ah so middle of the year pa po naisayos ang requirements for bidding parang ganun po, tama po ba ang intindi ko..”
