Motion for reconsideration sa Kamara batok sa desisyon sa SC sa impeachment batok VP Sara, giduso karong adlawa!

HINGPIT nang giduso sa House of Representatives ang motion for reconsideration sa Supreme Court karong adlawa!
Aron sa paghangyo nga bakwi-on ang desisyon sa Korte Suprema nga pagbasura sa impeachment complaint batok Vice President Sara Duterte.
Base sa motion for reconsideration, gipamugos sa Kamara nga wala pay convictions o acquittal ang nahitabo, tungod wala gisugdan sa Senado ang pagpahigayon og trial-proper.
Mi-apelar ang House nga tugutan ang Kongreso nga himuon ang duties sa Constitution.
Matud ni Speaker Martin Romualdez nga gisang-at sa Kamara ang MOR “not to provoke” apan pagprotehir sa exclusive power sa initiate impeachment.
