GISUGYOT sa Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas kon BSP ang pag-require sa mga bangko, digital lenders ug ubang regulated financial institutions nga i-connect ang costumer verification system ngadto sa National ID database!
Ubos sa draft memorandum, dul-an tanan BSP-supervised institutions kon BSI kinahanglan mo-onboard sa Philippine Statistics Authority kon PSA National ID Authentication Services kon NIDAS alang sa money records lakip account opening ug identity verification sa customers.
Himuon ang National ID isip “primary and official proof of identity”, subject sa proper authentication.
Ang nasangpit nga providers kinahanglan mo-sumiter og complete NIDAS applications sulod sa tulo ka bulan gikan sa issuance sa memorandum.
Samtang ang ubang universal ug commercial banks, thrift bank, rural and cooperative banks, covered payment system operators ug ubang BSIs hatagan og unom ka bulan pag-comply.
