Matud ni former BAYAN Rep. Teddy Casiño nga makonsiderar nga “deemed filed” ang ikaduhang impeachment complaint human nagbilin og kopya sa opisina ni Garafil.
Hinungdan gilauman sa grupo nga ma-transmit ang impeachment complaint sa opisina ni Speaker Bojie Dy sa Lunes, Enero 26.

“…ayaw tanggapin ng executive Director ng Secretary General’s office ang complaint. Ayon sa kanya wala siyang authority to receive the complaint. Sabi namin, under the rules ang complaint ay dapat pina-file sa Office of the Secretary General at hindi nag-re-required ang presence ng Secretary General mismo para ito ay simpleng in ministerial manner tanggapin ng kanyang opisina. At yun na nga ayaw nilang tanggapin so ang ginawa namin nag-iwan kami ng kopya doon sa opisina and as far as the complainants are concerned we have we have comply with the rules na fi-nile namin sa Secretary General ang aming complaint at po-problemahin na lang po ni Secretary General when she arrives on Monday ang kanyang trabaho, ministerial work na ito ay i-refer kaagad i-transmit sa office ni Speaker Dy para ilagay sa order of business…”
