Pagpanubag ni PBBM, dili sakop sa desisyon sa GAA 2024-2026, sigun sa Korte Suprema!

GIKLARO sa Korte Suprema nga dili sakop sa desisyon sa General Appropriations Act kon GAA alang sa 2024-2026 ang posibleng pagpanubag ni President Bongbong Marcos Jr.!
Matud ni SC Spokesperson Atty. Camille Ting nga nakatutok ang resolusyon sa konstitusyonalidad sa pagtaas sa program funds, ug dili sa pagpiho kung kinsa ang manubag.
Gidugang sa opisyal nga nakadepende sa mga kasong isang-at ug ebidensyang I-atubang, kung adunay tulubagon ang angayng ipahamtang sa mga nagpatuman ug nag-author sa probisyong gikwestyon.
