MIBWELTA si Davao City 1st District Rep. Pulong Duterte sa pamahayag ni National of Investigation kon NBI Director Atty. Melvin Matibag nga giingong adunay nakitang “red flags” sa flood control projects sa distrito sa Kongresista!
Taliwala nga bukas si Congressman Duterte sa ipahigayong imbestigasyon sa NBI, giingong dili angayng mahimong selective ang buhatan.
Una nang gibutyag ni Matibag nga 47 sa 100 ka flood control projects sa distrito ni Duterte adunay kakulian.
Matud ni Matibag nga kabahin ang proyekto sa 1.9 billion pesos nga kantidad sa flood control project ni Duterte sa distrito, nga giingong gi-award sa Genesis88 Construction Inc., nga suod sa mga Duterte.

“..meron na, at we’ve discovered that 1.9 billion sa distrito ni Congressman Pulong, was awarded to Genesis88 owned by one person na malapit sa kanila. And we have received documents from the Department of Public Works that there are projects na medyo naka red flag, parang 47 out of 100. Merong ghost, may substandard, mayrong isang coordinates lang with 5 budget nga iba-iba, hindi marites to nakita ko ito..”
