GIDUSO sa House of Representatives ang balaod nga maghatag hazard pay, standby on call compensation, and free hospital care!
Alang sa mga work-related injuries sa Disaster Risk Reduction and Management kon DRRM workers.
Gihimo ni Quezon City Fifth District Rep. Patrick Michael Vargas ang sugyot ubos sa House Bill 2269 or the Magna Carta for Public DRRM Workers.
Matud ni Vargas nga langkuban ang bill sa tanang public disaster personnel gikan sa permanent status ngadto sa Contract of Service CoS ug Job Order kon JO workers.
Gipunting niini nga angayan lamang ang susamang benepisyo sa mga kinabuhi nga nabutang sa risgo aron maluwas ang uban.
Ubos usab sa bill ang responders nga nagpahigayon sa high-risk search, rescue, or retrieval operations makadawat og hazard allowance equivalent sa hangtud 25 percent sa inadlawan nga suholan samtang ang “on-call|” 50 percent sa regular nga suholan ugaling mabutang sa standby alert.
