KUMPYANSA ang kampo ni Vice President Sara Duterte nga dili maka-apekto sa impeachment case ang nahimong pamahayag sa kanhing LandBank manager nga “unusual” o talagsaon ang kantidad nga gi-na-encash nga tseke sa Office of the Vice President kon OVP!
Matud ni Defense Spokesperson Atty. Michael Poa nga dili igo ang nahisgotang pamahayag aron pamatud-an an ang bisan unsang alegasyon batok sa bise-Presidente.

“..kasi yung unusual para sakin that’s the opinion nung bank manager, I don’t see how it will affect the case, hindi naman siya matter at issue dito, hindi naman kina- question yung validity noong encashment diba. So I really didn’t, I thought it was petty no, for us to even dwell on that, the only questions I raise was, I just wanted to clarify kung bakit nga nag-exit o sa labas. But again, I cannot really dwell on the merits, pero at least ma-explain ko lang kung bakit ganon ang naging approach..”

Samtang wala na nakurat si House Lead Prosecutor Gerville Luistro nga gamay lamang ang nahimong pangutana sa defense team sa duha ka witness sa impeachment trial kagahapong adlawa.
Matud ni Luistro nga giingong kumpleto ang tanang bank transactions sa OVP.

Conduct a cross examination on these witness, witnesses who are merely testifying on the process that was done concerning the encashment, but that is for me only..”
