Referrals from Rural Health Units, or RHUs, were also promptly facilitated through the assistance of the Extension Offices by providing efficient patient navigation and coordinated support. The Extension Offices streamlined hospital processes, reduced waiting and processing times, eased the burden on clients, and enhanced their overall healthcare experience..”
