Dugang hospitalization ni Senator Marcoleta, dili na kinahanglan, Senador ibalhin sa Quezon City Jail!
GIBUTYAG sa Philippine General Hospital kon PGH nga dili na kinahanglan ang dugang hospitalization ni Senator Rodante Marcoleta!
Gisultihan ni PGH Director Dr. Gerardo Legaspi ang Sandiganbayan Third Division nga ang ilang team kinsa nagpahigayon sa medical examination ni Marcoleta nagkauyon nga walay nakitang finding o medical condition nga nagkinahanglan sa dugang pagpa-ospital.
Gikumpirmar usab ni Legaspi nga adunay pneumonia si Marcoleta apan nag clear up na human sa medication.
Apan gikinahanglan pa sa Senador nga ma-isolate sulod sa usa ka semana.
“..So ang ginawa ko lang this morning is relay the findings of the Philippine General Hospital team of Doctors from the department of medicine na ang findings na Nakita nung July 6 sa PNP General Hospital nag improve na from xray nag clear-up na yun neumonia yung kanyang hypertension controlled na that’s why base on those information he concluded that his fit to lessen further consignment in a hospital ang a Senator Marcoleta fit to attend court proceedings, [dok may neumonia talaga siya?] dati po nung July 6, yung xray nung pnp General pinareview po independently, ang isolation niya siguro atleast one more week pag nakabawi na siya sa effectnang neumonia..”

Base sa findings sa UP PGH ug PNP General Hospital, Sandiganbayan Third Division gimando nga ibalhin si Marcoleta sa Quezon City Jail Male Dormitory sa Payatas.
Namahayag si PNP-CIDG RFU NCR Chief Police Col. John Guiagui nga mo-comply sila sa order sa korte nga i-commit si Marcoleta sa Quezon City Jail.
“..We will be abiding with it. I already coordinated with the chief of Payatas City Jail that we will bring it now. So, aside from that, what happened today is that the warrant of the two was issued to Senator Marcoleta and to Espiritu in PD46, which we already served.
So, from here, we will be transporting Senator Marcoleta to Quezon City Jail in Payatas. . So you will be the one who will be transporting her?. Yes, we will be transporting him. . How will you ensure the conditions in the jail?. Do you have any intention of counselling Senator Marcoleta? A. Well, he needs to be isolated because of his feelings. and we already saw the facility and the BGMP can abide with it..”

Samtang, gitakda sa Sandiganbayan ang pretrial sa Senador sa kasong plunder Agosto 10.
Gibutyag sa prosecution nga 11 ngadto 13 ang witnesses sa kaso.
