Batok sa pagsilbi ni Senator Chiz Escudero isip presiding officer sa impeachment trial.
Matud ni Defense Team Legal Counsel Atty. Michael Poa nga walay nabutyag ang Bise-Presidente nga adunay susamang petisyon.
“..Hindi ako familiar sa petition na yan, walang nababanggit ang bise presidente sa akin ng kanyang petisyon si I wasn’t able to answer, I supposed wala siyang involvement but yun nga ang pinag uusapan ang mga bagay na yan definitely beside, wala po kaming communication with Atty. Torreon so kumbaga para lang linawin ang lahat wala po kaming kinalaman dun sa petisyon na ihain na yan infact nagtanong din ako sa presiding officer kahapon at nasabi ko na wala kaming napag usapan sa defense noh, regarding that at the moment, yung isyu ng presiding officer that was something that was something that was dabated upon by senators and you know me, possible I do not comment on the debate of the Senator judges out of respect..”
