NAGPABILING top priority sa Police Regional Office kon PRO-10 ang crime prevention!
Matud ni PRO-10 Director Police BGen. Christopher Abrahano nga primary goal sa PNP ang pagpugong sa krimen sa dili pa kini mahitabo.
Gipaluyohan sa hugot nga presensiya sa kapulisan, paspas nga pagtubag, ug borderless approach nga magtugot sa police units sa Northern Mindanao nga magtinabanga.
