Gikan ang pondo sa 2026 General Appropriations Act kon GAA.
Ilawom sa virtue sa Executive Order No.61, series of 2024, namugna ang nasangpit nga incentive.
Hisayran, mga personahe lamang nga gisuholan ubos sa alokasyon sa Personnel Services kon PS sama sa empleyado nga regular, contractual ug casual positions.
