GISUGYOT ni Councilor Roger Abaday ang pagmontar og police visibility sa mga tunghaan sa ciudad!
Alayon sa nahitabong shooting incident sa San Jose National High School sa Tacloban City.
Matud ni Abaday nga kinahanglan usab bansayon ang mga individual kung unsay buhaton kung adunay mahitabong shooting incident.
