GIKUMPIRMAR sa Philippine National Police kon PNP-Criminal Investigation and Detection Group kon PNP-CIDG nga girekomendar niini ang pagsang-at og kasong obstruction of justice batok kang Senator Robin Padilla ug laing lima sa Department of Justice kon DOJ!
Tungod sa giingong pagtabang sa pag-ikyas ni Senator Bato dela Rosa.
Matud ni CIDG Director Major General Robert Alexander Morico lll nga base kini sa kuha sa Senate CCTV footage, sa pagbiya ni Bato kauban niini si Padilla, usa ka babaye nga security officer nga kanhing personahe sa AFP,DFA ug staff ni Padilla sa Senado.
Gidugang ni Morico nga base sa backtracking sa mga otoridad, napiho na usab ang driver ug nanag-iya sa pick-up nga nag-atang sa gawas isip back-up vehicle.
Lakip ang nahisgotang individual sa unom nga gipasakahan og kaso.
