GIDUSO ni City Councilor Edgar Cabanlas ang resolusyon nga pag-relive kang Station 2 Commander Police Major Mario Mantala!
Human sa nahitabong traffic accident sa Cogon Market nga gikamatay sa 9-anyos nga batang babaye human naligsan sa usa ka PUJ patag liner.

Matud ni Cabanlas nga “act of cowardess” ang kapakyasan sa tanang pwersa sa Police Station 2 sa pagpatuman sa balaod.
Gipamugos sa Konsehal nga wala nanginahanglan ang Cogon og huyang nga lider sa Police tungod ang Cogon ang usa sa pinakagubot nga lugar sa ciudad.
Hinungdan mas maayong I-destino na lamang sa laing Station ang Commander.

“..Proposing this resolution for the relief of our station commander of Cogon Market.
