Nag-issue og bag-o nga regulations ang Department of Finance ug BIR, nag-implementar sa RA 12120 kon Philippine Natural Gas Industry Development Act.
Nagwala sa 12-percent VAT sa sale ug purchase sa locally sourced gas, lakip ang enerhiya gikan niini.
Ubos sa bag-ong gabayan, covered sa tax break ang suppliers, aggregators ug power plants, kinahanglan lamang certified sa DOE ang operasyon.
Sa blended gas supplies, ang exemption applied sa portion nga gikuha gikan sa indigenous sources.
