Kini ang depensa ni FPRRD Lead Legal Counsel Atty. Nicholas Kaufman atol sa ikatulong adlaw sa confirmation of charges hearing sa ICC kagahapong adlawa.
Matud ni Kaufman nga adunay rekisitos sa gitawag nga “causal nexus” o ang mahinungdanong connection sa usa ka aksyon ug consequence.
