TEMPORARYONG gisuspenso ang regular session sa House of Representatives kagahapong adlawa!
Human nagkainitay silang Minority Leader Rep. Marcelino Libanan ug Cagayan de Oro 2nd District Representative Rufus Rodriguez.
Nunot sa panawagan ni Libanan nga disiplina ug professionalismo sa mga government official sa paghisgot sa sensitibong issue sa foreign policy lakip ang West Philippine Sea samtang hingusgan ang soberanya ug 2016 arbitral ruling.
Apan mipalag si Rodriguez ug gi-akusaran si Libanan nga gi-protektaran ang China.
Gipunto ni Rodriguez ang pipila ka higayon nga pag-atake sa China sa mga barko sa Pilipinas.
Nagbahad ang Kongresista nga magduso og ethics complaint batok Libanan kung dili bakwi-on ang speech, butang nga gibalibaran sa ulahi.

Rep. Libanan:..Ako po ay nire-request na mag-withdraw ng aking privileged speech. Hindi ko po i-withdraw po ’yan. Ito po ay aking personal na paniniwala sa mga nangyayari kahit nagagalit po kayo, kahit anong sentimento niyo, E klaro niyo with professionalism ang sinasabi niyo, para marinig tayo dahil pag sumisigaw tayo palagi, hindi po tayo maririnig. Madam speaker palagay ko ang boses ko ay mas malaki sa boses ng gentleman from Cagayan De Oro..”
