SUGDAN sa ICC karong alas 5 sa hapon, Manila time ang upat (4) ka adlaw nga confirmation of charges hearing ni former President Rodrigo Duterte sa kasong crimes against humanity!

Base sa schedule sa ICC, basahon sa Pre-Trial Chamber I ang charges batok Duterte, kinsa dili present human gigarantiyahan sa korte ang hangyo nga i-waive ang iyang katungod nga motambong sa pagdungog.
Human niini, mohatag sa opening statements ang ICC Prosecutor, common legal representatives of the victims kon CLRVs ug defense team ni Duterte.

Sa pagtapus sa confirmation of charges hearing, ang Pre-Trial Chamber mahimong:
*Decline to confirm the charges, without preventing the Prosecution from submitting a subsequent request based on additional evidence.
*Adjourn the hearing and ask the Prosecution to provide further evidence, conduct additional investigation, or amend the charges.
*Confirm the charges and commit the case for trial. Upon confirmation, the Presidency of the Court will constitute a Trial Chamber to oversee the next phase of proceedings.
