3-thousand pesos monthly pension ug insurance coverage alang sa indigent farmers, gisugyot!

GISUGYOT ni Leyte Rep. Martin Romualdez sa House of Representatives ang paghatag og 3-thousand pesos nga monthly pension ug insurance coverage!
Alang sa indigent, mga hamtong ug disabled nga mag-uuma.
Ilawom sa House Bill 7663 o Comprehensive Farmers Pension and Social Protection Act mahatagan ang kwalipikadong mag-uuma og financial security, pagpakunhod sa kalisud ug pagsiguro sa “decent standard of living” sa umaabot nga mga tuig.
Magsilbi ang Department of Agriculture kon DA nga implementing body sa programa pinaagi sa pakigtimbayayong sa Department of Social Welfare and Development kon DSWD ug Philippine Crop Insurance Corp.
Ubos sa sugyot-balaodnon tugotan sa DA ang direct beneficiary or household member nga mo-claim pinaagi sa accredited banks, cooperatives ug remittance centers.
Kuha-on ang pondo sa programa sa annual budget sa DA ug DSWD.
