NAGPASAKA og impeachment complaint si Atty. Andre de Jesus batok President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.!
Tungod sa giingong “graft and corruption, culpable violation of the Constitution, and betrayal of public trust.”
Gi-endorso ni Deputy Minority Leader ug Pusong Pinoy Party-list Rep. Jett Nisay ang nasangpit nga reklamo.
Usa sa mga rason sa pagsang-at ni de Jesus sa impeachment complaint ang giingong pagtugot sa Presidente nga “ma-kidnap” sa laing nasud ang usa ka Pilipino nga walay due process.
Gisumiter ni de Jesus ang reklamo sa opisina ni House Secretary General Cheloy Garafil ug gikumpirmar usab kini sa Kalihim.
Ipasa ang nasangpit nga reklamo kang Speaker Faustino “Bojie” Dy III subay sa Constitution ug rules sa House of Representative.
Kini ang pinaka-unang impeachment complaint batok Marcos sukad mi-assumed sa Presidency niadtong 2022.

“..Based on the grounds provided by the Constitution, it’s culpable violation of the Constitution, graft and corruption, as well as betrayal of public trust. So, we are putting to question and holding the President accountable, number one, for allowing a citizen of our country to just be whisked away, kidnapped virtually, and brought to a foreign land without due process, despite fully functioning courts here in the country. Next, we are also holding the President accountable for failing, flagrantly failing, to veto, unprogram, appropriations, unprogram funds, despite being able to do so.
In fact, what was mentioned by Kong Jet earlier, the President had every opportunity to veto, he signed an actual budget, despite the fact that the Supreme Court had declared the health component of that budget to be unconstitutional, and the directive from the Department of Finance, which is to alter the ego of the President himself, so an act of a Department of Government is an act of the President, was also declared illegal..”
