Stunting o bansot nga mga bata sa rehiyon, mikunhod!
MIKUNHOD sa 25.4 percent ang kaso sa stunting o bansot sa region-10!
Kasamtangang no. 9 ang rehiyon sa tanang rehiyon sa Pilipinas.
Matud ni National Nutrition Council kon NNC-10 Nutrition Officer lll Sheena Marie Abellanosa nga usa sa problema ang pagtaas sa kaso sa niwang nga mga bata ug over nutrition sa mga hamtong.
“..For Region -10 it’s good to know na first stunting we are at 25.4 percent, there has been a deduction in 2023 national nutrition survey nga data is at 25.4 percent, we are currently number 9 among all the regions in the Philippines for stunting and I would like to add nga isa pud sa problema nga atoang gina atubang karon ang increasing nga wasting, mga bata nga niwang and as well as the over nutrition for adults at 39.2 percent so almost half of the adult population in Northern Mindanao, sobra sa timbang..”
