APROBADO sa House of Representatives ang sugyot balaudnon nga nagtinguha sa otomatiko nga pag-refund sa internet ug telecommunication service outages and interruptions!
Gi-botaran unanimously sa 271 ka Kongresista sa third ug final reading ang House Bill 178.
Ubos sa sugyot, ang public telecommunications entities kon PTE ug internet service providers kon ISP kinahanglan mohatag og refund sa customer o mo-adjust sa bill kung ang internet service nawala og labing minus 24 ka oras sulod sa usa ka bulan.
Gawas kung ang rason sa interruption network maintenance, wala damha nga panghitabo o sala sa subscriber.
Ang PTE o ISP nga pakyas sa pagtuman multahan og 50-mil hangtud 200-mil pesos sa matag violation ug revocation o license cancellation sa balikj-balik nga violation.
