WALA pa makadawat ang DOJ og ICC arrest warrant batok Senator Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa!
Matud ni DOJ Chief State counsel Dennis Chan nga gikonsiderar sa gobyerno sa Pilipinas ang duha ka options ugaling magpagawas ang ICC og arrest warrant.
Kini ang extradition ug surrender.
Gi-angkon ni Chan nga ang pag-surrender ang paspas nga option.
“..At this point in time, the state is seriously studying options available to it. We are not closing the door on extradition or surrender, and until now we have not seen or receive a copy of the ICC warrant of arrest, so lahat to in the theory space pa lang tayo. What we in the Department of Justice just want to come out in the open and explain that there are two options available to the state under RA 9851 and that is extradition or surrender..”
