5-mil gikan sa 500 pesos nga penalty sa makalapas sa Integrated Ecological Solid Waste Management Ordinance, gisugyot ni Councilor Cabanlas!

MOSAKA ngadto 5-mil pesos gikan sa 500 pesos ang penalty sa makalapas sa Integrated Ecological Solid Waste Management Ordinance sa ciudad!
Kini ang gisugyot ni Councilor Edgar Cabanlas atol sa regular session sa 21st City Council kagahapong adlawa.
Matud ni Cabanlas nga ang “pagka-wala’y bili” sa existing ordinance ang nakitang rason sa pag amyendar sa Ordinance Number 13378-2018.

“..I am proposing for the increase of penalties. In the old ordinance, the violation of any of the acts prohibited under section 56, under section 27 the penalty was only 500 pesos or community service for one day but not exceeding 2 thousand pesos or community service for 5 days. I think this is really negotiable penalty for a violation..”
