Atol sa hearing gi-cite in contempt sa pannel ang mga nahatagan og subpeona nga absent o wala makatunga sa imbestigasyon.
Matud ni Senate Blue Ribbon Committee Chair Senator Rodante Marcoleta nga pagpangandam kini sa pag-isyu og arrest warrants.
