DISKUSYONAN sa Senado ang pagdeklarar sa Korte Suprema sa Articles of Impeachment batok Vice President Sara Duterte nga unconstitutional, sa umaabot Agosto 6, 2025!
Matud ni Senate President Francis “Chiz” Escudero nga nagkauyon ang mga Senador nga sunod semana diskusyonan aron mahatagan og kahigayonan nga magtuon sa ruling sa Supreme Court.
“…The agreement arrived to set on a date certain disposition of the matter pertaining to the Supreme Court decision in relation to the impeachment complaint against Vice President Sara Zimmerman Duterte. That the matter will be decided upon by the Senate on August 6, 2025. When we open session on that date in order to afford ample and sufficient time to the members to study the 97 page Supreme Court decision excluding the concurring and separate opinions filed by 5 or 6 additional magistrates of the Supreme Court for the record and for the information of all the members of the Senate, some of whom may not have been present when this was agreed upon…”
