GI-DEFER sa 21st City Council ang appointment ni Barangay Gusa Kapitan Marlo Tabac isip ex-officio sa Council sulod sa usa ka semana!
Human gibotohan sa mga Konsehal, 11 ang pabor ug 3 ang abstention.
Una nang gipamugos ni Councilor Yvy Emano nga walay katungod ang 21st City Council sa pagdiskwalipikar kang Kapitan Tabac.
Isip ABC President.
Tungod nakadawat na sila og kumpirmasyon gikan sa National Liga ng mga Barangay.
Nunot kini sa objection ni Councilor Alam Lim sa appointment ni Tabac.
Matud ni Emano nga kung tinuod ang alegasyon kinahanglan kining masulbad, separately.

“..With all due respect the National Liga already had a confirmation with succession we follow succession in terms such matter where in the president of the Liga sa atong sitwasyon sa Cagayan nisaka siya pagka-member sa City Council by election. We are in no discretion to disqualify him dili nato duty kay ang atong trabaho sa pagdawat sa iya is merely ministerial pasabot part siya nga mag-confirm ta sa sugo sa liga and again we are in no discretion kay naa naman ang certification of confirmation sa National Liga, so if there is a problem in his barangay, then let them resolve it separately dili sa atoa…”
