GIPAMUGOS sa Liga ng mga Barangay National ABC Board nga walay basehan ang pagpalagpot kang Barangay Gusa Kapitan Marlo Tabac!

Base sa desisyon nga gipagawas sa National ABC Board, sa pag-review sa Subject Resolution ug provision sa 2025 Constitution ug By-Laws.
Nasuta sa board nga ang unilateral declaration sa pagbakante sa nasangpit nga posisyon wala naka-satisfy sa legal requirements sa permanent vacancy nga nakalatid ubos sa 2025 CBL.
Partikular sa Section 2(a) Article Xll sa 20225 CBL, nga nagkanayon nga mahitabo lamang ang permanent vacancy kung ang officer o director malangkat, mamatay o moresign.
Wala usab girekognisar ang “loss of trust and confidence” isip valid basis sa pagdeklarar sa permanent vacancy ilawom sa 2025 CBL.
Samtang, gibutyag ni Kapitan Tabac nga nagpasabot lamang ang desisyon nga mo-assume kini isip ABC President sa Hunyo 30, hulip kang outgoing ABC President ug incoming Councilor Alam Lim.
“..unsa implication sa Monday June 30 Councilor elect Alam Lim will assume as city councilor regular on June 30 the position of vice president, the position of president sa liga is now vacant. Kung vacant kinahanglan naa nay mo assume kay bakante man. Constitution and by laws article 12 section 2, vacancies and succession in case of permanent vacancy and the office of the president due to the refusal of assume office, failure to qualify, death or removal from office, voluntary resignation or incapacity to discharge function of his/her office or fails to comply within his/her undertaking executed in accordance with the article 4 article 6 section 1.5 of the legal election code. The executive vice president in the case of the National Liga or the vice president in the case of the local liga at all levels shall assume the office of the expired term of the former. So assume pero naay rekisitos akong klaruhon.”
