Matud ni DICT Secretary Ivan John Uy nga nagplano silang magdevelop og “smart cities” ingon man ang pag-level up sa kabatan-onan sa ilang digital skills.

We are deploying skills upgrading in order to get out young people interested in digital skills that would be necessary in order to answer the needs of our employers.
