Arraignment ni VP Sara sa kasong grave threats postponed!

SUBLING gi-postponed sa Quezon City Regional Trial Court Branch 98 ang arraignment ni Vice President Sara Duterte sa kasong grave threat!
Kini na ang ikaduhang postponement sa arraignment nga originally naka-scheduled niadtong Sityembre 11.
Matud ni Duterte lawyer Paul Lawrence Lim nga ang kampo niini pabiling adunay pending motion sa korte.
Nagdumili usab kini sa pagbutyag kung kanus-a na-rescheduled ang arraignment.

“..Pending petition for a certiorari in the Supreme Court, the presiding judge instructed that all these things be studied first and to cancel the hearing today and to reset to some other date. Now, that other date, I will not mention it. I’m sorry, I would rather you remove it from the court or prosecution if they want, but to respect the court, I don’t want to give that date.
Motion for partial reconsideration of cautelum. So, let us remember, during the last hearing, we filed a motion for inhibition of the presiding judge, and he denied this, although he gave the deferment of the arraignment. So, we filed a motion for partial reconsideration to ask the judge to reconsider the part of his order that he did not give our inhibition.
So, that is pending in the court, and because of that, and also because of our petition to the Supreme Court that we are hoping for a high court action, that we are asking for a TRO, or Temporary Restraining Order, for this case, the judge instructed not to continue the arraignment today..”
