Gipahibalo ni House Prosecutor Terry Ridon ang korte sa nasangpit nga desisyon atol sa ika-27 nga adlaw sa impeachment trial.

Samtang, gi-presentar sa House prosecution si Securities and Exchange Commission kon SEC Company Registration and Monitoring Department Director, Atty. Gerardo del Rosario isip testigo karong adlawa.

Meron pong manifestation ang prosecution na hindi na po isasalang si Attorney Ariel Ronquillo, Assistant Commissioner of the Civil Service Commission, bilang testigo ngayon pong araw na ito.
Partikular dahil nasapatan na po kami doon sa testimonya ni Justice Amparo Cabotay Tang at Attorney Karen Batu ng Office of the Ombudsman doon po sa mga particular na mga aspeto na tatalakayan po ni Attorney Ronquillo. So in the interest of expediting the proceedings, at siyempre dahil gusto namin na talagang mapabilis po ang kabuong proseso na ito, we have decided to dispense sa pagsalang po kay Attorney Ronquillo sa araw na ito. And instead we will proceed with presenting Attorney Gerardo Del Rosario of the Securities and Exchange Commission bilang amin pong unang testigo sa araw na ito.
