VP Sara, buot i-presenta sa prosecution isip ilang witness!

BUOT sa Prosecution nga i-presenta si Vice President Sara Duterte isip ilang witness!
Kini ang gi-anunsyo ni House Private Prosecutor Lorna Kapunan.
Matud ni Kapunan nga nakahukom ang prosecution team nga dili na i-presentar ang nabilin nga witnesses alang sa Article I for the impeachment trial.

“..In lieu of presenting 15 other witnesses, we will be presenting the Vice President herself as regards misuse, misappropriation of confidential funds, which is Article 1 of the Articles of Impeachment..”

Samtang, gibutyag ni House Prosecutor Rep. Gerville Luistro nga planong ipatawag sa prosekusyon si Sara sa witness stand sa Senate impeachment court.

“..Hindi pa namin na-resolve, but I have to admit na it’s always on the table. Kasama yan sa pinag-uusapan ng prosecution team, whether or not we will be calling the respondent vice president to the witness stand. Since she’s the respondent, so she has something to say in all those four articles, hindi lang sa two, that includes grave threat, bribery and even arrest rate.
But that is a decision that we have yet to resolve..”
