NATALA sa Northern Mindanao ang 8.2 percent inflation rate sa Abril ning tuiga!
3.6 percent nga mas taas itandi sa mi-aging bulan nga inflation.
Matud ni PSA-10 Director Janith Aves nga ang average inflation sa Enero hangtud Abril anaa sa 4.1 percent.
Gilakbitan ni Aves ang main driver sa pagsaka sa inflation sa Abril.

“…The inflation rate of Northern Mindanao in April 2026 is at 8.2 percent. This is 3.6 percentage points higher than the inflation rate observed in the previous month and 8.1 percentage points higher in April of 2025. The average inflation from January 2026 to April 2026 is at 4.1 percent. The main drivers behind the acceleration of Inflation in April 2026, with a faster increase in the prices of food and non-alcoholic beverages, with an inflation rate of 7 percent in April 2026 from 3.2 percent in March 2026. The faster increase in the prices of transport, with an inflation of 28.4 percent in April 2026 from 13.8 percent in March 2026, and the faster increase in the prices of housing, water, electricity, gas, and other fuels with an inflation of 7.5 percent in April 2026 from 5.0 percent in March of 2026…”
