MI-RESIGNED ang ubay-ubay ka staff nurses sa Misamis Oriental Provincial Hospital kon MOPH-Initao!
Tungod sa daghang rason.
Matud ni MOPH-Initao Chief of Hospital Iris Ratunil nga ang kasamtangang kakulangon sa manpower naka-apekto sa OB-delivery services.
Hinungdan nga napugos sila sa pag-refer sa mga mabdus nga pasyente sa laing hospital alang sa pagpanganak.
Nag-resulta usab kini sa pag-ubos income sa PhilHealth ug pagkunhod sa mga pasyente.

“…our present situation, many of our staff nurses have resigned due to various reasons, the current shortage of manpower is significantly affecting our OB delivery services as a result we are compelled to refer pregnant patient in labor to other hospitals, this situation has led to decrease Philhealth income and reduced number of patients served by our institution, we kindly ask for the understanding and cooperation of our dear mothers to be as this concern has been raised to the Provincial Health Office…”
