GIINSISTER ni former Senate President Tito Sotto lll nga wala kini intention nga I-surrender si Senator Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa mga operatiba sa National Bureau of Investigation kon NBI!
Human sa gi-issue nga arrest warrant sa ICC.
Matud ni Sotto nga taliwala nga nakigkoordinar kaniya ang NBI mahitungod sa warrant of arrest.
Wala kini ideya nga moabot ang Senador sa Senado human ang katunga sa tuig nga pag-absent.
