Pinaagi sa unanimous vote.
Gi-endorso nilang Mamamayang Liberal Rep. Leila de Lima ug Manila 6th District Rep.Benny Abante ang duha ka reklamo.
Sa mga pagdungog sa komite, gihisgotan ang nagkalain-laing alegasyon batok bise-Presidente, sama sa giingong confidential fund misuse, bribery,unexplained wealth ug money trail, ug threats ug acts of destabilization.
Gitakdang magmugna ang House Justice Panel og report nga posibleng isaka sa House plenary.
One-third sa plenary ang gikinahanglang boto aron ma-impeachment ang bise-Presidente.
