Kini ang gibutyag ni Ramil Madriaga nga giingong bagman sa bise Presidente atol sa pagpadayon sa impeachment proceedings sa Kamara karong adlawa.
Matud ni Madriaga nga giingong kini mismo ang nag-dispose sa nahisgotang kantidad.
