Matud ni Ombudsman Boying Remulla nga migawas sa imbestigasyon nga nagkuntsabo ang duruha sa pagpangurakot sa pondo sa flood control.
Daghan pa ang mga opisyal nga pasakahan og kaso sa buhatan.

Apan gipamugos ni Atty. Ade Fajardo, tigpamaba sa Kongresista nga walay ebidensya nga naglambigit sa magbabalaod sa bisan unsang anomaloso sa flood control projects.
Kumpyansa ang kampo nga maresolbar kini base sa ebidensya ug due process, ug dili sa politika o espekulasyon.
