Zero budget sa bypass road sa ciudad, gipalagan ni Rep. Rodriguez!

SUPAK si Cagayan de Oro 2nd District Rep. Rufus Rodriguez batok sa zero budget!
Alang sa bypass roads sa ciudad.
Atol sa pagdungog sa proposed budget sa Department of Public Works and Highways kon DPWH sa 2026.
Matud ni Rodriguez nga mahinungdanon ang proyekto aron maka-survive ang dakbayan.
Dili mahuman ang proyekto kung walay pondo sunod tuig.

“…mister secretary your team slash these bypass roads which are important to be able to have our city survive and breathe and be able to have the flowing of goods, you have removed mister secretary the following, bypass road package 11 and package twelve 150 each, nawala na how can we finish the coastal bypass road. You also removed i don’t know who removed them but for the past five years, we always have budget for this and that is why I have to fight for this because these are our alternate bypass road, you took this out the bypass road, you took out the eastern interior road, the one on the hill, and you took out the diversion road the one in the mountains, and you took out budget for our bridges to bridges this is to decongest Cagayan de Oro, the bridges to Macasandig to Macanhan tothe first district and from Macabalan nothing is left..”
