Matud ni PAG-ASA Administrator Dr. Nathaniel Servano nga gi-desenyo ang state of the art flood monitoring facility aron monitoron ang hydrological condition sa tibuok Cagayan de Oro River basin ug tributaries.
Alayon sa paningkamot sa pribado ug publikong organisasyon mapugngan ang epekto sa bagyo susama sa pagbaha.
Partikular ang pagkunhod sa risgo sa kinabuhi sa indibidwal.
