GIKWESTYON sa magbabalaod ang Department of Education kon DepEd sa pagpatuman sa Comprehensive Sexuality Education kon CSE as early as kindergarten hangtod Grade 3!
Nakalatid ang pagpatuman sa CSE sa Section 14 sa Responsible Parenthood and Reproductive Health Act of 2012 nga nagmando “to provide age-and development-appropriate reproductive health education to adolescents nga itudlo sa mga trained teachers sa informal ug nonformal educational system ug integrated sa relevant subject apan dili limitado sa values formation.
Gipamugos ni House Committee on Basic Education Rep. Roman Romulo nga base sa DepEd magsugod ang adolescence sa edad nga 10 ug sigurado kini’ng walay nag-edad og 10 sa kindergarten.

Pagpasabot ni DepED Assistant Secretary Jerome Buenviaje nga aron hingpit nga masabtan sa mga kabatan-onan ang sensitive topics sama sa reproductive health, kinahanglan una nilang masabtan ang sayon nga konsepto sama sa lawas sa tawo, ug human development sa earlier level.
Gidugang ni Buenviaje nga dili mahimong maitudlo ang higher concept kung walay introduction sa foundation.
