Sa House Bill No. 10744 nga nagtinguhang amyendaran ang provisions sa Republic Act No. 9165 o Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
Laraw niini nga usbon ang Section 36 sa R.A 9165 pinaagi sa pag-require og hair follicle drug test ug urine drug test isip confirmatory test sa driver’s license applicants ug government officials-elected o appointed.
Gi-aghat usab niini ang mga kandidato sa election nga mopaubos sa drug test 90 ka adlaw una ang adlaw sa pili-ay.
