GIMANDO ni President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., ang Executive Order 67 o ang pagmugna sa Presidential Office for Child Protection kon POCP!
Nagtinguha sa pagtubag sa nagkataas nga kaso sa online sexual abuse o exploitation of children kon OSAEC ug uban pa’ng hulga batok minors.
Base sa executive order panguluhan ang POCP sa Presidential Adviser for Child Protection kon PACP ilawom sa control ug supervision sa Special Assistant to the President.
Kinahanglang i-monitor sa POCP ang thrusts, policies ug programa sa gobyerno mahitungod sa pagprotehir sa mga bata ug pag-promotar sa kaayohan, nga nakatutok sa anti-OSAEC, Anti-Child Sexual Abuse or Exploitation Materials kon CSAEM ug anti-child trafficking matters.
Maglangkob kini sa pakigtimbayayong sa IACAT ug National Coordination Center sa pagmugna ug pagpatuman sa programa sa pakigbatok sa OSAEC, CSAEM ug child trafficking.
