Kini ang nahimong pamahayag ni Congressman Tulfo atol sa pagpangulo sa Blessing and Grand Inauguration Ceremony sa bag-ong munisipyo sa Naawan Misamis Oriental.
Matud ni Congressman Tulfo nga ang paghiusa sa mga opisyal ang usa sa kinahanglanon aron magbaton og kalambu-an ang usa ka lugar.
